Pelvic Floor
The pelvic floor is made up of a set of muscles and membranes that support the uro-genital system and the rectum, influencing posture, lower back and hips. Due to age, lifestyle, and childbirth, tensions can occur in this area, leading to a series of dysfunctions that we can improve with perianal physiotherapy treatment.
This treatment is indicated in the following situations:
- Urinary or fecal incontinence
- Pain in sexual relations
- Constipation
- Prolapses
- Pregnancy
- Postpartum
- Gynecological surgeries
